Other areas of focus include mid-rise buildings, small walk-up buildings, and multi-unit buildings." In 2005 and 2006, Kathy was involved in several condo conversion projects in Albany Park, which allowed her to deal with the developers and clients in a win-win approach. Kathy is a former resident of Streeterville and currently lives in the Lakeview neighborhood.
Kathy attended Eckerd College and earned her BA degree in both Business Management and Marketing. Her experience ranges from new product development to media buying and writing business plans.
